sulogin command: single user login

sulogin command Function Description

Single user login is possible with the sulogin command and the shell will not read the /etc/profile or $HOME/.profile file at boot time.

sulogin command Syntax

sulogin [Option]

Option Meaning: The meanings of each option in the command are shown below:

Option Description
-p Single-user shell calls a dash as the first character in the argument
-t The program will only wait for the user to enter the specified number of seconds

sulogin command Example

Perform a single-user login.
